Role Summary
- Manage the complete employee life cycle in a fast-paced environment
- Oversee various functional areas including TED’s leave of absence program, talent acquisition, recruitment support, payroll, and remuneration
- Handle sensitive data and information with utmost discretion and confidentiality
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws
- Experience with US multi-state leave administration
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now HRIS and AI tools for productivity
- Talent acquisition experience and familiarity with benchmarking platforms and applicant tracking systems are preferred

The role As an HR Manager at TED, you will support the makers of TED’s work — our employees. This role involves managing the full employee life cycle in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee a range of functional areas including managing TED’s leave of absence program, talent acquisition and recruitment support, payroll, and remuneration. This position requires handling sensitive data and information with discretion and confidentiality.
Job requirements The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws, and experience with US multi-state leave administration. Experience with ADP Workforce Now HRIS and leveraging AI tools for productivity are also required. Some talent acquisition experience and familiarity with benchmarking platforms and applicant tracking systems are a plus.
