Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the primary contact and establishing robust, lasting relationships with OOH customers, particularly in the coffee landscape.
- Collaborating with the Nordic Brand & Barista Development Teams to onboard new clients and nurture existing partnerships.
- Creating and executing 1-year plans aligned with customer objectives and growth strategies.
- Handling sales forecasts within your assigned accounts and driving plans into action.

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM systems.

THE ROLE: The purpose of the Account Manager OOH is to understand the dynamics of Out-of-Home in Sweden and to act as the primary point of contact for OOH customers, building long-term relationships and ensuring the timely, successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and objectives. Key responsibilities include being the primary point of contact and building long-term relationships with OOH customers in Sweden—especially in the coffee landscape, working closely with the Nordic Brand & Barista Development Teams to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships, developing 1-year plans with existing and new customers, aligned with their goals and growth ambitions, and owning sales forecasts within the assigned accounts and translating plans into action.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: You should have knowledge within platforms such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM system and be system savvy.
