Role Summary

Role Requirements
- At least five years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or a related field.
- Three to five years of hands-on experience with Anaplan or other planning solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and deep supply chain expertise.
- Ability to navigate complexity and collaborate across functions.

THE ROLE: As the Supply Chain Manager Nordics at Oatly, you will own the Nordic supply chain. Your main responsibilities include leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP), partnering with Sales and Finance, and driving sustainable, profitable growth with clarity and collaboration. You will act as a trusted business partner to the Nordic Commercial organization, ensuring strong and seamless alignment with our Central Supply Chain teams. You will set direction, make an impact, and roll up your sleeves in a fast-moving, dynamic environment—turning complexity into clarity and ambition into results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are looking for someone with at least five years of experience within supply chain management, demand planning, or a closely related field, combined with three to five years of hands-on experience working with Anaplan or other advanced planning solutions. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong business acumen and deep supply chain expertise are essential, as well as the ability to navigate complexity, collaborate across functions, and turn strategic ambition into tangible results.
