As our L&D Transformation and Training Leadership Manager, you will play a critical role in our ongoing transformation by using deep data obsession to develop and implement a comprehensive enablement strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. You will have a broad perspective and think long term in the creation of the critical path within strategic change initiatives enabling business transformation. This role specifically focuses on customer-facing teams, including sales and customer success, and involves training individuals at all levels in the organization. You will also provide training leadership and expertise to the broader management and Leadership team up to C-Level.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Build L&D programs from scratch, including e-learning options, by working closely with the sales and customer success teams to identify skills gaps and develop training and coaching programs to address them, using deep data obsession to identify training needs.
  • Create and deliver training programs that are tailored to the needs of individual learners, including classroom and e-learning options.
  • Develop and manage a library of enablement resources, including playbooks, videos, and guides.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of our enablement programs, and continuously improve them based on feedback and results, using data and BI tools and insights to drive transformation programs.
  • Work with data teams to create controls to measure training success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train individuals at all levels in the organization, from entry-level employees to senior executives, including when new technology is released.
  • Provide training leadership and expertise to the broader L&D team, including creating and implementing training strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Grow high-performing teams through formal and informal interactions to deliver business goals, including coaching and mentoring.
  • Evaluate sales performance, identifying areas where team members may need additional training or coaching, setting up development plans to help them improve, and taking action to address underperformance, using data and insights to drive transformation programs.
  • Develop a succession plan program for the sales team, including identifying high-potential employees and providing them with development opportunities to prepare them for leadership roles in the future.
  • Provide leadership expertise and support to senior management in the areas of transformation and change management, including creating and implementing transformation initiatives, engaging employees, and driving change using data and insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or related field; Master's degree preferred but not essential.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales enablement, training and development, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful enablement programs, including e-learning options.
  • Expert in learning and development, with a deep understanding of instructional design, learning theories, and adult learning principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including deep data obsession and BI knowledge to identify training needs and drive transformation programs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems and sales enablement platforms.
  • Familiarity with the sales process and customer journey.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently in a standalone role.
  • Ability to work well in matrix teams.
  • Experience in leading transformation and change management initiatives, including creating and implementing transformation programs, engaging employees, and driving change using data and insights.
  • Proven leadership skills, including the ability to grow high-performing teams.
