This role will oversee the delivery of onsite reference services and remote enquiry services supporting enterprise and innovation.
You would contribute to and lead other BIPC-related projects and activities and to provide leadership, direction and training for BIPC Reference Specialists as well as their day-to-day management
You'll be working with the Head of Reference Services and other Services Managers such as the research service to ensure a consistent level of service is offered across British Library Reading Rooms.
You'd also contribute to marketing and promotion of the BIPC and Communications, of the BIPC through tours and presentations and other promotional events.
