Role Summary
- Play a key role as Basecamp Manager at SunGod Basecamp in Verbier, Switzerland
- Educate visitors about our products and drive sales
- Enhance store visibility through store-front management and stock management
- Create, promote in-resort events, and manage the Basecamp Instagram account
- Support our digital marketing and customer support teams
Role Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of retail or front-of-house experience required
- Strong interest in winter sports
- Independent, structured and proactive work attitude
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and French
- Local knowledge of Verbier preferred

The role: We are seeking highly personable, organized, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at SunGod Basecamp, our experiential store located in the heart of Verbier, Switzerland. As the Basecamp Manager, you will be the face of SunGod in Verbier, educating visitors about our brand and products, driving sales, managing stock, and enhancing the store's front. You will also manage the Basecamp Instagram account, create and promote in-resort events, and support our digital marketing and customer support teams.
Job requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of retail or front-of-house experience, a genuine interest in winter sports, and a structured, independent, and proactive work attitude. Strong communication skills and fluency in French and English are essential. Local knowledge of Verbier is preferable.
Benefits: Full-time and part-time positions are available from December 2025 to April 2026. Employees will have the opportunity to ski seven days a week with a 4 Vallées Lift Pass included, receive free SunGod products, and enjoy a holiday allowance.
