- Role Summary:
- As our Business Systems Manager, your main responsibility will be to optimize the value we extract from our key platforms, such as Hubspot and Google Workspace.
- This role incorporates both front-line tech support and strategic improvement efforts. You'll be a core advocate for our systems, assisting in converting business needs into technical solutions.
- Role Requirements:
- You should have substantial administrative experience in Hubspot and Google Workspace.
- Other key qualities: patient, approachable, efficiency-driven, organized, and autonomous in managing your workload.

- This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Operations.
- The role demands availability from Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm, typically with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

The Role We're looking for a hands-on Business Systems Manager to take ownership of our core technology stack and drive its evolution. Your primary mission is to ensure our team (especially Sales, Operations, and Marketing) is getting the absolute maximum value from our key platforms, with a major focus on Hubspot and Google Workspace. This role is a blend of hands-on-deck support and strategic improvement. You are the team's systems evangelist, first-line support, and a key partner in translating our business needs into technical solutions.
Job Requirements You should be a true "power user" with deep, verifiable, hands-on administrative experience in Hubspot (especially Sales and Service Hubs) and Google Workspace. We are looking for someone who is patient, approachable, and enjoys helping others. You should be highly organized, an efficiency-driven problem solver, and able to manage your own workload and priorities.
