Role Summary
- Support the management and coordination of the Climate Resilience Programme
- Maintain and track expenditures, procurement process, event logistics, and reporting systems
- Collaborate extensively with the Programme Management team, Resilience Director, and other essential personnel

- Proven experience in project management
- Superior attention to detail, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Desirable experience in coordinating events and managing procurement
- Fluency in English is essential

The role: As a Resilience Delivery Officer, you will play a crucial role in the management and coordination of C40’s Climate Resilience Programme. This includes supporting procurement processes, coordinating logistics for events, tracking budgets, and maintaining scheduling and reporting systems. You will work closely with the Programme Management team, the Resilience Director, and other key personnel to ensure the effective, timely, and high-quality delivery of activities.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate should have demonstrated experience in project management, including excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Experience in coordinating events and managing procurement processes is desirable. You should possess good problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities, with superior attention to detail and strong communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.
