Role Summary
- Assist the Watersports Manager and Supervisor in leading the team and overseeing department activities
- Conduct observations and deliver sessions for individuals of varying ages and skill levels
- Ensure visitors’ safety and enjoyment is prioritized through high-quality sessions that comply with both internal and national governing body regulations
- The role involves shift work, typically from 8am-8pm, and includes working every other weekend and some bank holidays
Role Requirements
- An engaging individual with at least one Senior Level qualification: RYA Senior Dinghy Instructor, UKCC Level 2 Coach, BC Coach Award
- Additional qualifications, such as RYA Powerboat Level 2 or a first aid certificate, are beneficial
- Applicants must agree to undertake an enhanced DBS check
