Role Summary
Lead the Splash ‘n’ Play team managing ticket sales and safe play on the splash pad Ensure the facility is pristine and well-maintained Manage daily plant room operations, water quality testing, and routine maintenance Work shifts, usually 9am-6pm, including alternate weekends and some bank holidaysRole Requirements

The Role: We are seeking a Splash ‘n’ Play Supervisor to lead our team at Willen Lake. This role involves managing a small team responsible for ticket sales, overseeing safe play on the splash pad, and ensuring the facility is well-maintained, clean, and tidy. Additionally, you will manage the daily operations of the plant room, including conducting water quality tests and routine maintenance. The position requires shift work across a 7-day operation, typically from 9am to 6pm, with a minimum commitment of working one in two weekends and some bank holidays.
Job Requirements: Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in a similar environment and experience working with children or families is advantageous. We value flexibility and a friendly demeanor in our team members.
