The Role: We are currently seeking an Impact and Evaluation Manager to support the design and delivery of robust impact measurement approaches. This role is crucial for evidencing and evaluating the impact of Battersea’s work, which is aimed at delivering change for dogs and cats. You will manage the collaborative and participatory design and development of frameworks and evaluation approaches for projects and programmes that align with Battersea’s organisational strategy. This includes both charitable impact and enabling function projects and programmes.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and developing impact measurement frameworks and evaluation approaches. A commitment to our cause is essential, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid working environment is required.
