This role is part of the Philanthropy, Partnerships & Commercial (PPC) team, which includes Philanthropy & Trusts, Corporate Partnerships & Commercial, Special Events & Stewardship, and Fundraising Operations.
The role: As a Philanthropy Manager, you will be responsible for meeting both financial and strategic KPIs to ensure the long-term health of the Philanthropy pipeline. This involves managing a portfolio of key individual relationships and line-managing the Philanthropy Officer to deliver against their targets. You will work closely with senior leadership, senior volunteers, and other individuals to open up networks and introduce new major donors to Battersea.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in philanthropy or a related field, with strong management skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with major donors and trusts.
