Role Summary

  • This role is crucial for our .4-6 million pound capital fundraising appeal for the next 3 years.
  • You will be a Philanthropy Manager (New Business), for cultivating new major donor prospects and meet financial and strategic KPIs.
  • Secure significant donations for our capital campaign aimed at improving our facilities to meet the changing needs of the animals we care for.

With a focus on increasing investment in income generation, we are expanding our team to drive the growth necessary to achieve our organisational goals. This new role within the Philanthropy & Trusts team is crucial for seeking and securing new income as part of a 4-6 million pound capital fundraising appeal over the next 3 years.

The role: As a Philanthropy Manager (New Business), you will be responsible for meeting both financial and strategic KPIs by cultivating a pipeline of new major donor prospects. Your main goal will be to secure significant donations for our capital campaign, which aims to invest in our facilities to better meet the changing needs of the animals we care for.

Job requirements: This role requires a proactive approach to new business development, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with major donors. Experience in capital fundraising and meeting strategic KPIs is essential.
