Are you a highly motivated and creative Interior Designer that's looking to join a dynamic coworking business?
This is a brand new role that will give you an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your skills. You will be working closely with our Head of Project Management, leading the creative external resources including interior designers, and potentially architects.
As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for delivering and reviewing space plans and detailed technical drawings in line with Spacemade design blueprints and financial aspirations for upcoming locations. You will also be expected to deliver space plans and detailed drawings to support the sales process for all existing Spacemade locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Brief and guide external designers ensuring Spacemade design expectations are met/exceeded
- Plan and schedule interior design delivery work-streams in line with the overall project programme delivery
- Support Head of Project Management and Spacemade partners within creative field to deliver Spacemade product design guidelines & blueprints
- Support Head of Project Management leading the creative design process for new projects
- Ensure all contractors and suppliers deliver a high-quality product to maintain Spacemade’s standards
- Oversee procurement process for fit-out, FF&E and tech requirements for new sites
- Preparation of mood boards and design presentation boards
- Build and cultivate relationships with external suppliers – fit-out contractors, architects, D&B firms, FF&E suppliers, technology partners, artwork curators etc., to ensure Spacemade continually remains connected to the best-in-class project teams
- Site visits to both prospective and new projects as well as regular visits to existing sites
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong technical space-planning and design skills (eg. AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop)
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Revit (nice to have)
- Proven experience as an interior designer within hospitality/commercial office field or an architect
- Experience working on concepts from the early days
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate external resources effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
