Role Summary

  • As a Supporter Services Administrator, your main focus will be to deliver excellent care to our supporters by managing data, supporter care, acknowledging all contributions, and ensuring our fundraising efforts are both efficient and compliant with regulations.

  • The post is a fixed-term contract until May 2026, with the possibility of extension. 50% of your work will be performed on-site, in a hybrid working model. The role: As a Supporter Services Administrator, you will be crucial in delivering excellent care to our supporters. You will develop relationships and maximize income by ensuring our fundraising activities are efficient and compliant with relevant regulations. Your responsibilities will include managing data, supporter care, and ensuring all contributions are acknowledged.

Job requirements: The position requires diligence, attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. You will work closely with colleagues, suppliers, and agencies to manage data and support our fundraising efforts effectively.
