Job Title: Recruitment Partner 
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (09:00-17:00) 
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 and up to 20% bonus and benefits 
Location: Flexible, we could support fully remote or hybrid working from any of our UK offices in London, Cardiff, Durham, Manchester, or Blackpool

We’re building an amazing team and we’re looking for a hardworking and driven Recruitment Partner to support us on our journey. The main purpose of the role is to recruit directly for a variety of vacancies across Tandem.

Our Team

Tandem’s recruitment team is in the early stages of a huge transformation, ranging from interview processes, employer branding and internal policies. Your job will be to solve problems in a complex hiring market, ensuring Tandem is a centre of excellence in all areas of Talent Acquisition, whilst hiring top talent for a business with an important mission.

What you will be working on:

  • Owning the end to end hiring process for a variety of roles, building and executing effective hiring plans
  • Sourcing brilliant candidates from LinkedIn, and other job boards, creating pipelines for immediate vacancies and talent-pooling for the future
  • Using your creativity to drive Tandem’s employer brand, creating higher top of funnel engagement with top tier talent
  • Delivering unparalleled candidate experience, including delivering constructive, sensitive feedback to candidates
  • Becoming an expert user of our ATS system (Greenhouse), using data to track performance and suggest improvements
  • Build hiring plans for roles you own, iterating your approach to attract top talent and streamline our assessment process
  • Working cross-functionally with various team leads, gaining an understanding of how our business operates to frame hiring plans accordingly
  • Playing a leading role in the continued development of the Talent function  

What we're looking for: 
Essential:

  • Demonstrable success in direct sourcing across a number of channels, across a variety of roles and seniority levels
  • Experience working in agency or in-house, ideally with exposure to fast-growing fintech or banking organisations
  • Amazing articulacy and storytelling when it comes to presenting opportunities at Tandem
  • An active listener with the ability to multitask and manage large numbers of concurrent conversations
  • The type of personality that gets a kick out of being busy and managing a variety of recruitment projects
