The Role: This is a 6-month fixed term opportunity as an HR Advisor, starting as soon as possible. The role involves delivering a high-quality, flexible Human Resources service, responsive to the needs of our organisation. This includes providing expert HR advice and support to line managers and staff, coaching, and empowering managers to lead on people matters with support and guidance where required. The role supports our Clinic and Animal Behaviour teams in London and extends to our Battersea Old Windsor and Battersea Brands Hatch sites.
Job Requirements: As an HR Advisor, you will need to be responsive to the needs of the organisation, in line with legislative requirements and good practice. Experience in Human Resources and the ability to provide expert advice and support are essential.
