The role: As the Senior Manager, Operations for the South West Area, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating business processes and managing the flow of business handled by the South West Area Management Team. This includes ensuring alignment with our national framework and overseeing the systems and processes used by the team. You will also be responsible for line management of the Operations team and championing inclusive practices within the organization.
Job requirements: We are seeking a candidate with considerable knowledge and understanding of systems and processes, highly developed leadership skills, and proven experience in leading, supporting, and mentoring teams. The role requires collaboration with other Senior Managers and national colleagues, managing budgets, chairing operational meetings, and providing advice to Directors.
