Throughout the company’s history we have focused on developing technology that helps students overcome fundamental challenges and inequities when it come to classroom and online learning with a specialism in learners with disabilities.
Glean has been designed accessibility first, to ensure that students with the likes of ADHD, Dyslexia, autism, auditory and language processing disorders to name a few can engage meaningfully with class content and excel in their studies.
As Glean scales, it’s critical to us that we continue to serve users and customers who rely on Glean as an assistive technology. We’re looking for a confident, pragmatic and proactive partner marketing manager who’s passionate about helping our learners with disabilities through access to tech.
DSA & AT Services
Experience selling through third parties is a must.
In this segment of the business, we don’t sell direct to the student, we work with a range of specialist third parties to make Glean available to students.
Our success is therefore contingent on enabling those third parties to be as successful with Glean as possible.If that’s a dynamic you’re very familiar with, then you might be the one for us!
(If you’re used to marketing more typical direct sales or lead generation, this probably isn’t the one for you. But we have a varied business and marketing team so keep an eye out for other marketing opportunities in the future)
Responsibilities
- Assess where we can grow: Assess the market and identify potential areas of growth for the business area
- Drive marketing: Develop and drive marketing plans and activities to increase unit sales
- Voice of the market: Understand the needs of the market, advocate for them and tailor messaging and materials
- Successful relationships: Maintain strong, positive and commercially viable relationships with 3rd parties
- New opportunities: Identify and cultivate new partner relationships that expand our reach and set them up for success

You're already
- Experienced in marketing and selling technology primarily through 3rd parties.
- Commercially aware - understand commercial relationships with partners and could manage the set up of new relationships.
- Industry savvy - you have a track record of understanding the market you work in.
- A driver not a passenger, motivated by forwarded momentum.
- Unafraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo. Confident to interact with senior stakeholders.
- Impact-driven - not just by the numbers, but also by the value your work brings to real humans.

- You have worked with accessible products, assistive technology or EdTech
- You have worked for a SAAS or software business
The whole package
Salary
£40,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
