Your Mission

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting roles for all our functions like Operations, Growth, Medical, Finance, Technology and Product. On top of this you will have the opportunity to lead Numan’s Employer Branding to help us attract the best talent!

Your role will be focused on:

- Delivering great candidate experience throughout the process and brainstorming ideas on how we can further improve.

- Owning the recruitment journey and all aspects of the candidate experience - sourcing, screening, and guiding people through the process.

- Partnering with Hiring Managers on their hiring strategy and providing analytics and insights to further improve processes and provide updates on current and future roles.

- Supporting employer branding initiatives.

- Advertising jobs and managing the hiring process in our ATS (Lever).

- Taking an active role in working with the team to help generate more referrals for potentially suitable candidates.

- Provide useful, honest and detailed feedback to candidates throughout the interview process.

What experience you bring:

-You have 3+ years recruitment experience working either as an in-house recruiter or agency recruiter. 

-Experienced working in fast paced growing SaaS businesses, bonus points if you come from a CQC-regulated -tech company e.g. Elder, Accurrx.

-Experience hiring non-tech roles- e.g. marketing, customer success and operations.

-Expert with LinkedIn Recruiter and happy to get creative when it comes to candidate attraction.

-You are a problem solver, you proactively utilise data to drive decision making and meaningful changes.
