Role Summary

The successful candidate will help applicants navigate our systems and make the best applications to our funding programmes. This position requires handling multiple systems simultaneously and providing excellent service under strict service levels.
Job requirements: Candidates should have prior experience in Customer Service and be capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. The role demands a high capacity to absorb information, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Full training will be provided.
