The role: As an Assistant in the Facilities department, you will be a crucial part of our Estates and Facilities Team at our Head Office in Manchester. Your responsibilities will include greeting staff and visitors, assisting with meeting arrangements, managing purchase orders, maintaining records, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. You will also handle stationery and refreshment supplies, mail, and maintenance records, and contribute to a safe and healthy work environment.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate should have experience in a customer-facing role, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent communication skills. A good understanding of health and safety protocols in the workplace is desirable. Reliability and good timekeeping are essential, as you will be expected to work 35 hours per week with occasional out-of-hours duties.
