The role: As a Dispatch Assistant, you'll play a key part in getting every order out on time and in perfect condition. Working within our dispatch team, you'll pack with care and accuracy, manage stock efficiently, and help keep operations running smoothly in a busy environment. Your tasks will include picking, packing, and labeling customer orders with precision and care, working collaboratively to meet daily dispatch targets, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working area.

Job requirements: Strong attention to detail and effective time management are crucial. A proactive, problem-solving approach, physical readiness for an active, hands-on role, and clear communication are essential. Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehousing is desirable, as is an interest in specialty coffee.

Please note: Origin will begin relocating its Roastery production and HQ in early 2026, moving from Porthleven to a new site near Truro and Perranporth, just off the A30.
