The Role As our Junior Field Technician based in London, you will report to the two Senior Field Technicians in the area and play a key role in supporting the maintenance and repair of coffee machines for our customers. The role is mainly field-based, though you will also help with occasional workshop tasks and contribute to equipment care, installations, and troubleshooting. You will receive full onboarding, followed by hands-on training and regular upskilling to help you develop and progress in the role. You’ll be guided by our Workshop and Senior Field Technicians in London and supported by our wider Technical team – with a company van provided for work use. Job Requirements Skills & Behaviours: Open to growing skills and knowledge with guidance from experienced team members. A hands-on problem solver with a curious, practical mindset. High attention to detail with a methodical, organised approach. Efficient in digital tools and comfortable with workflow systems. Flexible and reliable – ready for early starts or the occasional overrun. Friendly and clear communicator, building positive relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong timekeeping and a proactive attitude. Full UK Driving Licence required. Values & Mindset: You take pride in doing things well, every time.
