Senior Salesforce Administrator (SFDC)
Whilst this position is remote first, we have a preference for this person to be based in either Denver, New York City, or the San Francisco Bay areas and will be prioritising applications from candidates in these locations.
About the role:
We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator (Advanced Administrator Certified) to play a critical role in maintaining our Salesforce infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, optimizing system performance, and driving platform adoption across the organization.

What Excites You:
- The opportunity to work with the Head of RevOps to enable Partnerships, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success adoption with new functionality, processes, reports, and dashboards and driving platform adoption across the organisation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce infrastructure, including workflows, custom objects, integrations, and performance metrics.
- Supporting and driving data integrity efforts with the Data team, implementing data dictionaries, rules, and automation to improve CRM data quality.
- Proactively addressing system errors and remediating technical debt to enhance SFDC stability, performance, and scalability.
- Managing system architecture, user and security administration, and develop end-user documentation and internal processes.
What Excites US:
- An experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with SFDC Certifications (Advanced Administrator desired, additional certifications a plus) and subject matter expert for all Salesforce matters. You’re well versed in driving training, knowledge and awareness within a high growth, tech led organisation.
- A Passion for driving growth, efficiency, and scalability, with excellent communication, project management, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to implement systems that enable business processes and communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- In-depth knowledge of SFDC application administration and building custom reports and dashboards for reporting KPIs across Go-To-Market teams, ideally with exposure to Salesforce.com architecture
Bonus Qualifications:
- HubSpot integration administration experience
- Additional Salesforce Certifications
- Experience working in the FinTech space
