The role As an Associate Account Manager in our NHS & Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in the continued growth and success of Second Nature. You will be responsible for nurturing our relationships with the NHS and partner organizations, ensuring that Second Nature remains a trusted partner. Your tasks will include managing partnerships proactively, addressing queries, building long-term relationships, and demonstrating our industry-leading outcomes. You will also be involved in preparing performance reports, presenting them to partners, and integrating our services with local healthcare pathways.
Job requirements The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management or client services. You should possess an analytical mindset, strong data analysis and reporting skills, and proficiency in Excel. Experience in the healthcare/NHS sector, knowledge of behaviour change, digital health, or proficiency with CRM systems like Metabase or SQL would be advantageous.
