Role Summary
- Manage diaries, and organize trustees' meetings and events.
- Collate information for reports and aid in data collection.
- Conduct research for potential fundraising grants and oversee timely and high-quality report submissions.
- Provide administrative support to the enrolment function and assist the Enrolment Coordinator in processing referrals, enrolling students, and onboarding.

We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
The role: You will play a key role at Share by managing diaries, collating information for reports, supporting with data collection, and organizing trustees' meetings and events. Additionally, you will support fundraising efforts by researching available grants and ensuring timely and high-quality report submissions. The role also involves administrative support to the enrolment function, working closely with the Enrolment Coordinator to process referrals, enrol students, and onboard starters.
