Role Summary

  • Working in-person across various sites in Mid & South Essex
  • Delivering high-quality care for adults living with obesity as a Health Coach

Role Requirements

  • Qualification in Nutrition/Dietetics or relevant experience in weight management, health coaching, or lifestyle support
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays, and travel across Mid & South Essex regularly
  • Skilled in providing empathetic, person-centered care and delivering group-based and one-to-one nutritional interventions

We are also a leading B2C provider of GLP-1 medication-assisted weight loss programmes.

The Role: As a Health Coach, you will work in-person across sites in Mid & South Essex to deliver high-quality care for adults living with obesity. This part-time role (0.5 FTE) involves guiding service users through a structured programme combining group sessions and one-to-one support. The contract is for 6 months with the possibility of extension. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including dietitians, doctors, psychologists, and exercise specialists to deliver personalized, high-impact care.

Job Requirements: We are looking for a qualified Nutritionist/Dietitian or someone with relevant experience in weight management, health coaching, or lifestyle support. Candidates should be based in or able to travel across Mid & South Essex regularly, and able to work 20 hours per week, including some evenings and Saturdays. You should be skilled in providing empathetic, person-centered care and confident in delivering group-based and one-to-one nutritional interventions.
