About Origin Coffee Origin is one of Europe's leading specialty coffee roasters with a commitment to sustainability, creativity, and community. We are a certified B Corp and value integrity, fairness, and respect in all interactions. Our community is built on substance, not slogans, and we collaborate with those who share our commitment to quality, purpose, and the long game.

The Role As our Data Administrator, you'll help keep Origin's systems and data running smoothly day to day. You will be responsible for maintaining our cloud systems, monitoring data quality, performing basic cleansing and validation, setting up user accounts, and supporting basic IT and cybersecurity tasks. This role requires you to be the first point of contact for staff needing help with data or systems and to liaise with external partners to support users.

Job Requirements You should have a data-related qualification or experience in admin, data handling, IT support, or systems work. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams, is essential. A basic understanding of GDPR and data privacy is also required. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys learning new tools, and has good communication skills.

Benefits Working at Origin offers 26 days' holiday, including your birthday off, plus flexible bank holidays, unlimited coffee, discounts on merchandise and partner products, enhanced family leave, sick pay, period leave, personal days, a 5% employer pension contribution, and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme and GP service. We also provide two paid volunteering days each year.

Additional Information Please note that Origin will begin relocating its Roastery production and HQ in early 2026, moving from Porthleven to a new site near Truro and Perranporth, just off the A30. A clean driving license is ideal as the new site does not have public transport access.
