The role: As a Senior Relationship Manager based in the Midlands, you will play a crucial role in the development and support of cultural and creative activities. Your responsibilities will include initiating, developing, and managing key stakeholder relationships and partnerships. You will also manage investments and development programs that enhance the availability, accessibility, and ambition of creative and cultural opportunities across the Midlands. Additionally, you will line manage a team of specialist Relationship Managers.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the cultural sector in England, including its challenges and opportunities. You should be adept at engaging with and influencing a wide range of audiences at a senior level and have the ability to absorb and analyze complex information quickly. Prioritization skills are essential, as you will need to manage competing demands effectively.
