Field Sales Executive/Manager

Stylish plant-based chewing gum looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Manager to accelerate growth in London and beyond.

We are looking for an incredible Field Sales Manager to grow OH MY GUM!'s distribution in London and beyond. This role is all about having the right attitude, professionalism and energy to get things done. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: getting OH MY GUM! on the right tills across London and other cities in the UK (delis, convenience, cafes, health food stores, pharmacies). 

- Account Management : building strong relationships with our wonderful independent partners 

- Distributor Management: supporting the growth of our distribution partners in the UK (Diverse, Cress, CLF, Mr Lemonade).  

- Ensuring all OH MY GUM! displays are in immaculate condition 

- Daily reporting on CRM database, ensuring all visits and leads are recorded

- Managing and executing in-store events and participating in trade shows

Who we are looking for: 

- Sales experience (minimum 1 year); field sales experience is a big plus

- Highly professional and self-motivated representing the business to the highest standards

- Impeccable interpersonal skills 

- Tenacious, disciplined and trust-worthy 

- Strong business acumen
