We are looking for an Editorial Assistant to join our Editorial team. This role will report into the Senior Editorial Manager. We are an incredibly fast-paced team and we are looking for a brilliant Editorial Assistant to join and help us take Editorial to the next level.

The Role

Your key responsibilities are:

Work together with the existing Editorial Assistant to publish content across all social media platforms for Trinny London (the brand) and Trinny Woodall (the person) including Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, YouTube and TikTok. Follow brand guidelines to create native Stories on Instagram, sharing UGC and press coverage daily. Create tracked links for use across Editorial assets and maintain team spreadsheets to a high standard. Be confident reviewing Editorial content and giving feedback to creative teams to ensure content is delivered to a high standard. Be quick to spot errors and action amends with the appropriate teams. Write copy for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok posts working with the Copy team. Be an expert of the platforms we are working with, regularly reporting on updates and new opportunities to explore. Maintain a forward-thinking mindset and be reactive to social media trends. Be proactive in bringing ideas to the table with a strong focus on content that will appeal to our target audience. Use scheduling tools for weekend posting and brief the team ahead of the weekend. Occasional rotational weekend work required. Support other members of the Editorial team and report in to the Editorial Manager.
