⭐ About the role

At Lodgify, we are hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist to join tour team fully remote from any location in Latin or Central America!

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist you will become an expert in our product - the Lodgify software. You will use that expertise to advise customers on how to successfully use Lodgify to set up their own accommodation website and to grow their vacation rental business.

⚙️ What you will be doing:

Providing technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat Troubleshooting complex technical issues related to the Lodgify software Identifying and documenting bugs or issues in the Lodgify software Developing technical documentation for internal and external use Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution

Most importantly, making sure every customer has a great experience with us and giving the extra mile to ensure customer success and happiness.


At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role.Advanced level of English - you'll be supporting native english speaking customers. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues - tech savviness is a must!Experience with CRM and customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or FreshdeskExperience with cloud-based software and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus!Experience in the SaaS/travel/hospitality industry is a plus!Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
