And that’s why we are looking for a FP&A Business Partner! To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission by leading Portfolio & Innovation Strategy from a financial point of view.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

  • Act as financial business partner with different areas, with continuous challenges focused on GM improvements (value chain, RTM, cost efficiency..)

  • Establish & track measurable targets on projects efficiency and effectiveness

  • Drive cost & performance management reporting, variance analysis and providing high quality data, transparency and insights to management proposing measures to improve and achieve our goals

  • Drive productivity initiatives, synergies & benefit tracking and ensure other functions operate at a high level of excellence

  • Compare and evaluate previous forecasts, and perform variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward

  • Drive data harmonization, ensuring integrity and accuracy.

  • Maintain contribution strategy model to assist other Heura teams in all decision-making

  • Innovation pipeline management and portfolio strategy

  • Portfolio monitoring and validation, Inno analysis pre-post launch.

  • Strong tracking of KPIs and provide business case and decision support

  • Support on Manufacturing and logistic Cost Modeling initiatives

  • Being able to perform financial analysis to understand present and future performance of the company as well as prepare report for management when requested

  • This position is required to scale the business, as business growth necessarily goes hand-in-hand with increase in margin control in order to assure sustainable growth.

  • Support other functional controlling & reporting activities and other related tasks.

  • Previous experience in similar roles, ideally at an FMCG company or ahigh-growth startup.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance

  • Experience in a Big4 (FAS) will be a plus.

  • You have more than 5 years as a controller (in a FMCG company and/or previous experience with manufacturing companies will be a plus)

  • You have experience in Innovation pipeline management and portfolio strategy, monitoring and validation.

  • Strong business partnering skills with ability to build relationships and cross functional agility.

  • Strong capabilities to analyse financial data, interpret and understand drivers while describing / visualizing them to support strategic decisions and action plans.

  • Excellent Excel skills

  • SAP knowledge will be a plus

  • An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.

  • Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English (mandatory) and Spanish.

  • Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
