Role Summary

  • Act as an essential point person invested in supporting and fostering the growth of music-oriented organizations and individuals
  • Help entities achieve ambitious artistic projects and enhance sustainability
  • Provide strategic funding advice, evaluate grant applications, monitor project delivery and performance, and offer insight on artistic and organizational plans

Role Requirements

  • Experience in music genres, touring, digital practices, and emerging models of music creation and distribution is desirable
  • Encouragement for candidates from underrepresented groups to apply including D/deaf and Disabled people, individuals from Black and ethnically diverse backgrounds, and those under 30. All Disabled candidates meeting the minimum criteria will be guaranteed an interview

The role: As a Relationship Manager in our London music team, you will play a crucial role in investing in, supporting, and developing a portfolio of music-related organizations and individuals. This position involves helping these entities realize ambitious artistic work and enhance their sustainability. You will be expected to provide funding advice, assess grant applications, monitor project delivery and performance, and offer feedback on artistic and organizational plans.

Job requirements: We are looking for candidates with experience in music genres, touring, new technologies, digital practices, or emerging models of music creation and distribution. Knowledge in these areas is desirable but not essential. We value diversity and encourage applications from underrepresented groups, including D/deaf and Disabled people, individuals from Black and ethnically diverse backgrounds, and those under 30.
