Designer

Origin Coffee is an independently owned speciality coffee roaster known for its excellence, integrity, and curiosity. Our creative work connects people to coffee, craft, and culture, from our relationships with farmers to our cafés and campaigns. As a Designer at Origin Coffee, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering our brand identity across print, digital, packaging, and campaign channels. You'll create high-quality, brand-led work that reflects our values of speciality coffee, sustainability, and cultural connection. Working closely with the Head of Creative and the wider marketing team, you'll bring ideas to life through thoughtful design and a strong sense of craft. You'll balance creative flair with precision, helping to ensure every touchpoint, from packaging to digital campaigns, feels unmistakably Origin.

The role involves delivering creative assets across digital, print, packaging, and experiential channels. You will collaborate with the Head of Creative and marketing teams on brand campaigns and launches, support the development of design systems and brand toolkits for consistency, and manage multiple projects from concept to delivery, maintaining high standards throughout. You will also provide guidance to the junior designer and uphold clear creative processes.

Job requirements include 3–5 years' professional design experience in an agency, brand, or in-house creative environment. Strong design craft across typography, layout, and brand systems is essential. Experience creating content for web, social, email, packaging, and print is required, along with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
