The role: As the General Manager of our Shoreditch flagship, you will be at the forefront of defining what Origin retail looks like in London. This hands-on leadership position involves leading a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a commercially successful café that upholds our brand and values. You will handle day-to-day operations, maintain high service and front-of-house standards, and oversee site performance including revenue, gross profit, labor, and cost of goods. Additionally, you will organize in-store events and maintain strong compliance with health, safety, and food standards.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience managing a hospitality or specialty coffee site, with strong financial acumen and proven leadership skills. You should be comfortable in a high-profile, design-led environment and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in a B Corp or purpose-led business is a plus.
