🌟 About the role
Lodgify is looking for a motivated and well-rounded Office Manager to join the team.
You will work closely with senior Leadership on a one-to-one basis, you will be responsible for the improvement and smooth running of our dynamic office and provide administrative support.
This role requires a proactive and hands-on attitude, with the ability to solve problems ensuring success in our fast-paced office environment.
🌟 You will be in charge of:
Taking full ownership in improving the office to ensure a productive, comfortable, clean and safe office environment for employees. Monitoring & managing office supplies, and updating inventories while working with multiple providers (repairman, food and cleaning supplies, etc.). Assist with other ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by senior management such as: Planning, organizing and executing workshops, fairs & company events. Arranging travel bookings (flights, hotel and rental cars). General reception duties such as answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, handling their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate person if necessary. Work closely with the Finance and HR Team assisting them with administrative tasks and helping with the set-up of remote teams. Manage and organize the H&S and language courses.🌟Requirements
Have more than 5 years of experience in an office management & Personal assistant role. Fluent Spanish and Professional/Native English is mandatory. Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure. Highly organized and have excellent time management skills. Have the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Be a problem solver who loves learning new things and take on challenging tasks Be trustworthy, reliable and handle confidential information discreetly.
