The role As the Chief Product Officer at Sustainalytics, you will oversee all product development, including our flagship ESG Research products (ESG Risk, Regulatory Solutions, Impact Solutions), Climate Solutions, Stewardship Services, and Sustainable Finance. You will be responsible for our data and research delivery strategy through external and internal platforms, data feeds, and APIs. This role requires a strategic mindset to assure the commercial success of the business by establishing and executing a product strategy across all client segments globally.
Job requirements The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably with a focus on building research or data products. Experience in Sustainability and Financial Services is crucial. Strong leadership skills are required, including a proven track record of building and managing high-performing product teams. Knowledge of the pragmatic marketing framework and/or the flywheel effect is beneficial. You should also have experience with agile development methodologies and product development best practices.
