The role: Origin is seeking a People and Culture Manager to enhance sustainable people leadership across the company. This role involves ownership of employee relations and the delivery of learning and development to help managers lead with confidence and consistency. The successful candidate will manage two members of the People and Culture team, ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent standards. This role is crucial as Origin prepares for the updated B Corp accreditation, requiring experience or a strong understanding of B Corp expectations and JEDI-related elements.
Job requirements: Candidates should have significant experience in a People Manager or senior HR generalist role, with strong ER experience and the ability to handle complex cases. Experience in designing and delivering learning and development for managers is essential, along with a strong working knowledge of UK employment law. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and facilitator, able to influence at all levels, and have line management experience focused on clarity, coaching, and quality delivery. Experience in a B Corp or purpose-led organization is preferred, along with an understanding of JEDI principles.
