The role As the Chief Product Officer at Sustainalytics, you will be responsible for overseeing all product development, including our flagship ESG Research products (ESG Risk, Regulatory Solutions, Impact Solutions), Climate Solutions, Stewardship Services, and Sustainable Finance. Your role will also encompass the management of our data and research delivery strategy through external and internal platforms, data feeds, and APIs. This position requires a strategic leader with a deep commitment to sustainability, proven leadership capabilities, and extensive product management expertise.
Job requirements The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably with a focus on building research or data products. Experience in Sustainability and Financial Services is crucial. You should possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing product teams and delivering double-digit growth for a $100+ million-dollar business. Familiarity with the pragmatic marketing framework, the flywheel effect, agile development methodologies, and product development best practices is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
