As our Commercial Intern you will be part of the Performance Hub team at the head quarters of The Social Hub in Amsterdam – The Support Hub. You’ll experience a steep learning curve on anything (B2B) sales and account management related, and will gain a broad commercial experience. By combining analytical skills with can-do mentality, you will contribute to some of the most important projects we are working on. You will join the Performance Team in our headquarters and will be in the heart of commercial activity of The Social Hub. We expect you to be proactive, but you will have the opportunity to learn from experts with many years of experience.

Redefining hybrid hospitality since 2012, TSH sets standards on a global scale. Offering a community driven, socially inspired hotel concept with student accommodation, as well as long and short hotel-stay options, eat & drink, gym and rooftop bar facilities and coworking for every demographic, the company’s success is unprecedented. What You'll Do

• New hotel openings - market research and analysis, channel selection, go to market strategy/plan.
• B2B marketing & communications.
• Positioning at and coordination of international fairs and events.
• Cooperation with student facing platforms.
• Be the right hand of our Senior Partnerships Manager and support with Account Management of our biggest (Global) Partners.
• Search for new Partners, present their value added for TSH and your approach to get them on board.
• Initiate and manage cooperation with student facing online platforms with a multi-property reach.
• Get us ready for new hotel openings by performing market research and analysis, advising on channel selection and creating a B2B go-to-market strategy/plan.
• Shape and coordinate B2B marketing, communications and assets production in cooperation with our B2C team and Design Studio.
• Support with the positioning at and coordination of international fairs and events.
• In everything you do you will be able to trace the results of your actions…remember, we are Performance Hub!

Who You Are

• You're a student! You're currently studying a relevant bachelor’s in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, or Business
• Analytical and research skills are in your DNA, you connect the dots
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English, other European language is a plus
• You have a strong passion for marketing
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• You're comfortable in an ambitious and informal working environment
• You're currently enrolled in a European University
