People Partner - London

The role: As a People Partner based in London, you will play a crucial role in enhancing sustainable people leadership within Origin. This involves ownership of employee relations, delivering learning and development to help managers lead with confidence and consistency, and line management responsibilities for two members of the People and Culture team. This year, a significant focus will be on aligning with the updated B Corp accreditation standards, particularly the new JEDI-related elements.

Job requirements: We are looking for someone with significant experience in a People Manager or senior HR generalist role, with strong ER experience and the ability to handle complex cases. You should have experience in designing and delivering learning and development for managers, a strong working knowledge of UK employment law, and an understanding of JEDI principles. Experience in a B Corp or purpose-led organization is highly desirable.
