The Role: As the Head of Sales, Americas, you will lead all commercial activities across the Americas region, reporting to the Global Head of Sales and Success. This hybrid leadership role involves direct management of the Americas Regional sales team and oversight of US-based Global Account sellers. You will be responsible for delivering the combined net revenue plan, defining territory and account plans, and ensuring execution against growth targets. Your role also includes evaluating operations and building a top-tier sales organization focused on results, talent development, and translating market and client needs into actionable insights for our teams.
Key Responsibilities: You will be tasked with delivering and exceeding the Americas net ACV target, defining and executing strategic plans, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners. Leadership duties include leading the Americas pod, ensuring collaboration between sales, client success, and product specialists, and acting as the client's voice to internal teams. Additionally, you will build and lead high-performing sales teams, establish best practices, and manage strategic client relationships.
Requirements: Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in sales or sales leadership within the financial services industry, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and experience managing teams with regional and global account structures. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.com. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or CFA is preferred. Willingness to travel up to 25% is also necessary.
Compensation and Benefits: The total base pay range is $179,000 to $322,000, plus a 66% annual individual target.
