The role: You will be part of our national Diversity team and the role of Senior Manager, Diversity is key to helping us deliver our equality objectives. Your leadership skills, experience in policy development and delivery, data analytical skills and understanding of equality legislation and the EDI issues facing the sector will be invaluable to the Diversity Team’s work. You will apply your knowledge and experience in helping to develop and shape our EDI policy, lead on EDI projects and programmes and use your excellent communication skills to engage/collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders in delivering internal and external presentations focussed on advancing our EDI work.
Job requirements: Leadership skills, experience in policy development and delivery, data analytical skills, understanding of equality legislation and the EDI issues facing the sector.
