The Role

At Simmer, we have a clear strategic direction for our brand, and we are seeking a talented designer to bring this vision to life and elevate it further. This role involves owning the visual execution of our brand refresh across various platforms including packaging, website, and social media. You will not only execute design tasks but also bring creative and strategic thinking to every project, challenging briefs and pushing boundaries in design.

What You’ll Do

You will lead the visual execution of Simmer's rebrand, contribute to brand strategy, and own the visual design of our website. This includes art directing product photography and building a visual world that feels premium and unmistakably Simmer. You will also create a coherent social design system and maintain the brand identity toolkit to ensure consistency as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone with over 4 years of design experience, ideally in D2C or consumer goods brands, who combines strategic thinking with exceptional design skills. You should be able to work independently from strategic input to final delivery and thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits The salary for this position is up to £70,000, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate.
