About YoungMinds: You'll join a dedicated team at YoungMinds, a leading charity focused on improving young people's mental health. Role Summary:

  • Leading the website and digital content strategy at YoungMinds.
  • Managing a team of Senior Digital Content Officers and coordinating with different internal departments.
  • Playing a vital role in multi-channel campaign development targeted at Black and minoritised young people.

Role Requirements:

  • Past experience in leading digital initiatives with a focus on enhancing strategic user journeys.
  • Background in using analytics tools to boost user experience (UX) and performance.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, CMS platforms, and user research methodologies.
  • Ability to write engaging web content for diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in line management.

The role: As the Digital Content Manager at YoungMinds, you will lead the development and delivery of our website and digital content strategy. This role involves managing a talented team of Senior Digital Content Officers and collaborating with colleagues across communications, marketing, youth engagement, and fundraising to deliver impactful, user-focused content and campaigns. You will play a crucial role in developing multi-channel campaigns to expand our reach, particularly among Black and minoritised young people.

Job requirements: We are looking for an experienced digital leader with a strong background in developing websites and user journeys to meet strategic objectives. You should have experience using analytics and creative problem-solving to enhance user experience (UX) and performance. Proven line management experience and the ability to write and edit clear, engaging web copy for diverse audiences are essential. Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO best practices, CMS platforms, and user research methodologies is required.
