Our mission is to bring sustainability information to the mainstream, helping both travellers and travel companies make better, greener choices.
The role: As the Head of Partnership Development, you will be a senior commercial leader tasked with securing and growing high-value partnerships across the global travel ecosystem. This role is crucial for accelerating sustainability at scale. You will be responsible for building and managing the new partner pipeline, from prospecting through to conversion, and driving partner-derived income. This position does not include responsibilities for philanthropic fundraising or grant-based income.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology-related Environmental Science, Sustainability, International Relations, or a related field. You should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business development and stakeholder engagement, preferably within the tourism, technology, or sustainability sector. A strong commercial track record in partnership development and a proven ability to develop and execute a partnership strategy that balances mission impact with commercial sustainability are essential.
