Introduction: We have an exciting opportunity to join the New Technologies and Innovation team as Programme Manager for the Digital Accelerator Programme.
The role: You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team working across Arts Council England and with partners in the UK and US to deliver one of our most significant digital programmes. The Digital Accelerator Programme supports arts and cultural organisations to strengthen their digital systems, skills, and confidence. Since 2021 the programme has supported nearly 350 organisations across the UK and US to invest in digital tools, grow audiences, increase fundraising, and build more resilient organisations.
As Programme Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of the programme in the UK, ensuring projects run smoothly and that organisations receive the advice, training and support they need to succeed. You’ll oversee relationships with our network of digital advisors, support participating organisations and alumni, and ensure that progress and insights from the programme are effectively shared with partners.
You’ll lead a small team and work closely with colleagues across Arts Council England, including the Digital Culture Network and finance and procurement teams. The role also involves working with a range of external partners such as Bloomberg Philanthropies, Lapine Group, contracted digital advisors and guest speakers delivering learning activities.
Job requirements: This role would suit someone who enjoys leading collaborative projects and building strong partnerships. You’ll be organised, proactive and confident working with a wide range of stakeholders while supporting a small team to deliver impactful work.
If you have experience of managing multi-partner projects, working with data and evidence to inform decisions, and excellent stakeholder management skills we’d love to hear from you.
Benefits: Arts Council offers a range of benefits to our employees including hybrid and flexible working, a generous annual leave allowance and the Arts Council Retirement Plan - a final salary scheme.
