The role: As a Wholesale Customer Service Advisor at The Roastery in Penhallow, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues. This role is fast-paced and requires adaptability and excellent communication skills. You will engage with both ecommerce and wholesale customers, ensuring a high standard of service that aligns with Origin's values. Opportunities for role development are available as Origin continues to grow.

Job requirements: Candidates should have previous experience in customer service, ideally within hospitality, wholesale, or ecommerce. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in CRM and inventory systems like HubSpot, Gorgias, and Unleashed are essential. Training on these systems will be provided. A clean driving license is ideal as Origin will be relocating its Roastery production and HQ near Truro and Perranporth in early 2026.
